I always love to look at 3D "Realism" per say. I love that your trying to recreate a traditional still life in 3D, it's very classic and rarely done in this medium.
So far as composition goes, everything appears to be in the middle, both id depth and in placement in the image. I would like to see some things perhaps cropped off in the foreground and other things blurred out farther in the background, to create a stronger sense of depth in the image. Perhaps just moving the camera to the right and placing the grapes in the foreground and implementing a depth map could help you achieve that.

Lighting - I love that you're using a candle light to light your scene, and the orange tones it's giving off feel very warm and calm, very much how a real candle would illuminate. Something that you may look into when/if you re-render is that candles cast very harsh shadows, and you presently have very light, muted shadows that you could be using to create more contrast in your image.

Models and Textures - The texture you're using on your candelabra (I think that's what those are called) is gorgeous, it feels real to me. the candle sitting on top of it has good texture, the illumination feels like wax, semi-translucent and all, but what bothers me about it is that it doesn't seem to be melting, which is likely just a matter of going into more detail on the modeling of the candle stick. The velvet is also quite gorgeous, I find it very believable as a fabric both in modelling and texture. Your knife and the cheese/butter stick sitting by the candle are the weakest texture wise, the metal on the knife doesn't have that "sharpness", and there are no reflections/refractions bounding off of it which breaks the illusion. The cheese/butter is vague and hard to identify, perhaps partially because of the soft light and the angle of the object. The glass texture on your wine glass is believable, but the object itself feels a little small to me. The grapes have a good color to them, but lack the translucence that grapes have - similar to how when you shine a light on your hand you can see that red light the shows through the other side. The bread's geometry has extremely hard edges, which sort of make it not seem like bread, despite the nice texture placed on it.

Overall - I love the concept and I think you're very close to having a great Still Life out of this! I strongly encourage you to keep working on this piece, because I think it will be great for your portfolio. <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="15" height="15" alt="=)" title="=) (Smile)"/>
